General
These are isLIVENOW's terms of use, and they apply to all users of the isLIVENOW platform. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to the company isLIVENOW, as registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK 77812425), and all its subsidiaries.
“PLATFORM” refers to this platform and the services offered by us. "CONTENT PARTNER" refers to the partners creating and distributing content via the PLATFORM. "END USER" refers to all "PLATFORM" users that otherwise do not fall under the status of "PLATFORM" employee or "CONTENT PARTNER". "END USER ACCOUNT" refers an account entity, indetifiable by a unique email address and unique PLATFORM identifier, to be associated with a single "END USER". "CONTENT ITEM" refers to a single, or collection of, livestreamed or uploaded media offered on the "PLATFORM" otherwise referred to on the PLATFORM as an "Event". "TICKETS" refers to the granted access of an "END USER ACCOUNT" to a "CONTENT ITEM" on "PLATFORM" through purchase or otherwise granted through a guestlist of the "CONTENT PARTNER"
By accessing isLIVENOW's PLATFORM you agree to these terms.
TICKETS, ACCESS & REFUNDS
TICKETS refers to the granted access of an END USER ACCOUNT to a CONTENT ITEM on the PLATFORM through purcahse or otherwise granted through a guestlist of the CONTENT PARTNER. TICKETS can not be transferred to other END USER ACCOUNTS or shared by multiple END USERS. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the termination of the END USER ACCOUNT and voidance of all TICKETS associated to the END USER ACCOUNT.
TICKETS are valid throughout the lifetime of the CONTENT ITEM on the PLATFORM. isLIVENOW is not responsible for handling refunds. Any disputes regarding purchased tickets must be handled between the CONTENT PARTNER and END USER according to the refund policies maintained by CONTENT PARTNER's regular refund policies as an entity outside the PLATFORM.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content, CONTENT ITEMS, on isLIVENOW is property of the CONTENT ITEM's rightful CONTENT PARTNER. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of any content unless given written permission by the CONTENT PARTNER. Any unathourised (re)distribution of any content is subject to legal action.
All content otherwise accessible on the PLATFORM is property of isLIVENOW. This includes, but is not limited to, text on the site, our logos, and codebase. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of any content unless given written permission by isLIVENOW.
PRIVACY & COOKIES
We use only essential cookies deemed necissary to provide the services and functionality of the PLATFORM. END USER data collected by isLIVENOW can be used for isLIVENOW or CONTENT PARTNER marketing purposes and communications towards END USERS. No END USER data is further shared with third parties.
ACCOUNT & DATA
An END USER ACCOUNT and its associated DATA, including, but not limited to, a user email, username and purchase history, is used soley for the purpose of providing a functional experience on the isLIVENOW platform and isLIVENOW marketing activities, should the user have granted permission therefore.
An END USER may at any time request that their END USER ACCOUNT DATA be permanently deleted. This can be requested by emailing info@islivenow.com, providing at a minimum the EMAIL associated with a given account. Upon verification of account ownership, isLIVENOW shall permantly delete the END USER ACCOUNT and all its associated data within 15 days.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We want to keep this a positive and inspiring place. Any activity by END USERS deemd to be abusive or illegal will result in termination of any or all END USER accounts of the relative END USERS. isLIVENOW reserves the right to temporarily suspend END USER ACCOUNTS upon suspicision of any misconduct on or off the PLATFORM platform, resulting in technical, financial or non-material damage to the PLATFORM, CONTENT PARTNERS, isLIVENOW or any of its subsidiaries. Temporary suspensions must be justified within 30 days, through form of emperical evidence, as to which, if suspension is justified, the END USER ACCOUNT(s) will be permanantly terminated, and otherwise released.
FINAL WORD
We may make changes to these terms and policies. If changes are made that adversely affect the rights of END USERS with an END USER ACCOUNT, then we notify the END USER via email before the changes come into effect.
